PLANT SUPERVISOR will manage 10 employees in meat further processing plant producing Philly style sandwich steaks.  PA location.  Salary to mid $70’s.  requires 3 or more years in meat further processing to include at least 1 year in supervision or management.  #6-448


FOOD SAFETY & QUALITY MANAGER will manage 3 Q.A. technicians overseeing the food safety and Q.A. functions for a commercial bakery in the mid-Atlantic region.  Salary to $100,000.  Requires degree and 3+ years in food safety and quality assurance to include 1 or more years managing other staff.  Must be HACCP and SQF certified.  Helpful, but not required, to speak Spanish.  #6-447
