The Company

Since 1969, AGRI-associates has been serving the agribusiness industry in locating, screening and recruiting the best-suited people for key positions. We have offices throughout the U.S. and five offices overseas. The manager of every AGRI-associates office has extensive agribusiness experience, enabling us to better understand the attributes that are important for a specific position. This experience also enables us to evaluate prospective candidates’ qualifications and experience relative to career positions.

Serving All of Agribusiness

AGRI-associates serves all segments of the agribusiness, food and agriculture industries, from large multi-national corporations to successful smaller companies. These client-companies include firms involved in poultry, meat, food, grain and commodities, feed, food processing equipment, farm and livestock equipment, feed additives and animal health products, seeds, chemicals, fertilizers, and farm and ranch operations.
We recruit for all levels of salaried positions from C.E.O. to management trainee and for all functions including processing (plant managers, supervisors, etc.), sales and sales management, engineering, accounting, maintenance, technical service, human resources, R&D, field operations, traffic/distribution, merchandising/trading, etc.

Michael T. Deal

Mike joined AGRI-associates as manager of the Atlanta, Georgia office when it was established. He grew up in a family-owned feed and farm supply firm which included a commercial egg operation. Upon graduation from the University of Georgia with a degree in marketing, Mike returned to the family business for several years. He later worked in sales with a major domestic feed manufacturer and in international sales with a poultry products firm before joining AGRI-associates

As a member of various industry and fraternal associations, Mike has written and published articles on agribusiness and career search as well as taking part in convention and seminar programs. He and his wife, Debbie, attend many of the trade shows, banquets, and industry gatherings each year.
